1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was a skinny person, so I always felt overlooked and lacked confidence. I decided to transform because I wanted to feel stronger, mentally and physically. My goal was not just aesthetics, but also to build discipline and confidence.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by being consistent, tracking my progress, and showing up even on days when I didn’t feel motivated. I took no shortcut and just trusted the process.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 5-6 days a week, hitting each muscle twice a week and mostly focusing on progressive overloading. Moreover, I do cardio 3-4 times a week.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I use Whey protein, Creatine monohydrate, Multivitamins, and Pre-workout.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge I faced during my transformation was dealing with body dysmorphia.
Also, I was staying far from home, so balancing my diet and fitness, with studies, was tough, but still, I learnt and managed.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Start working on building discipline instead of waiting for motivation. Track your nutrition and training and avoid taking shortcuts. Take proper rest days and just trust the process.
