1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was overweight, underconfident, and had no personality. I was always body shamed by my own people- and that’s why I chose to make a change.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I started by going for early morning jogs. And then after a period of time, I joined the gym and trained consistently.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I follow push-pull-legs split.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take protein, creatine and magnesium.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

When I started back in college days, I had no one to guide me. I had to learn everything on my own, which was challenging but I managed by learning step by step.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

I would say: stick to a basic plan, be consistent, and show up daily.
