1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I had PCOS, which caused pregnancy problems and major weight gain.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goal by training consistently, be it in the gym or at home with just a pair of dumbbells.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I focused on weight training with upper and lower body split.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Whey protein, multivitamins, and omega-3.

 5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I suffered from serious medical conditions like osteoarthritis, which made it difficult for me to train effectively. Moreover, I faced financial challenges that made it difficult for me to invest in gym memberships and supplements.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Where there is a will, there is a way. No matter how hard it gets, believe in yourself, never give up, and show up for yourself.
