5 Juices for Fat Loss

Juice cleanses are all the rage these days. But does it help in weight loss? Does a juice diet reduce belly fat? It does if done correctly!

There are a few healthy habits everyone must embed in themselves in order to live a long and fruitful life.   1. 2 whole kiwis
  2. 1 whole cucumber
  3. 1/2 lemon
