1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was tired of feeling weak and being skinny fat, I didn’t like the way I looked. That’s why I decided to transform.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by being consistent and driven by the hunger to achieve them.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
In the beginning, I did powerlifting and focused mainly on lifting heavy. Now, I focus on recovery and follow the routine of push-pull-legs.
4) Which supplements did you take?
Creatine, Whey protein, Multivitamins, Fish Oil, and Zinc.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Body Dysmorphia was a big challenge for me, which took me 2 years to overcome.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
I would advice to be patient, understand your body’s needs, and don’t follow anyone’s advice blindly.
