1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was very skinny since childhood, so I decided to work on my body and joined the gym. Moreover, I used to be a swimmer, but had to quit for some reason; however, I have maintained my athletic fitness by joining gym.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
During lockdown time, I got the opportunity to learn about the importance of a good diet, consistent training, progressive overload, and other basic but important aspects to grow. This helped me a lot in my fitness journey as I implemented what I learnt in my lifestyle with dedication.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I keep experimenting with various training routines. I usually follow a mix of push-pull-legs and bro split.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Being a medical field student, the biggest challenge for me was to balance my studies, work, and gym. Also, I had to manage my finances accordingly.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
I would suggest transformers to do their own research instead of listening to anyone and just stick to the basics. Train hard enough and eat sufficient protein, it’s as simple as that.
