From Unfit To Unstoppable: Tanishq’s Transformation

Once struggling with confidence, Tanishq stayed consistent and committed to the process. Today, he’s fitter, stronger, and more confident than ever.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was bullied in school because of my looks, and that really affected my confidence. That is when I decided to work on myself to become a stronger person.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

To achieve my goals, I made sure to stay consistent in both my workouts and diet. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I follow a structured weight training routine. I mainly concentrate on compound exercises such as the bench press, squats, pull-ups. I also focus on isolation exercises. During my fat loss phase, I added cardio exercises as well. 

4) Which supplements did you take?

I don’t use any supplements. I stick to having whole foods and a balanced diet.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

For me, the hardest part was staying consistent with my training and diet while managing work and daily responsibilities. Some days I felt tired and didn’t feel like doing anything, and there were times when progress felt so slow that it was discouraging. But I kept reminding myself why I started this journey. Being patient with the process was the toughest part, but it also taught me the most.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion would be to be consistent and patient, and not look for shortcuts in achieving fitness goals. Improvements made on a daily basis will result in huge achievements in the end. Another tip, which I must say is a very important one, is that you should never be in a toxic relationship, whether you are a woman or a man, as it makes a huge impact on your progress.
