From Skinny to Stronger Than Ever: Nithya’s Transformation

Nithya transformed from being underweight and lacking muscle to becoming fitter, stronger, and more confident through consistent effort. 

1) Why did you decide to transform?

During my college years, I was below a healthy weight and struggled with low strength levels. That’s why I decided to change.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I started eating more and lifting weights, but I ended up gaining fat. Then I made changes to my routine, my diet, and with more discipline, I lost the extra weight. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I trained each muscle group twice a week and focused on the form rather than lifting too heavy.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I don’t take any supplements. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest hurdles I faced was improving my nutrition while also gaining the confidence to stay consistent. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Focus on getting stronger and better in the correct and natural way rather than looking for any shortcuts.
