1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was so obese that I could not find clothes of my size. And even any outfits did not look good on my body because I was overweight. Moreover, my health was also not good which made me realize that I have to get transformed.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I was very dedicated and disciplined and followed a healthy diet to achieve my goals. Even on days when I could not workout, I followed my diet properly.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine that I followed was cardio plus weight training. I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.

4) Which supplements did you take?

For supplements, I only consume whey protein because I am a vegetarian.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

5)One of the biggest challenges I faced was being able to control my unnecessary food cravings. But I controlled my mind to avoid street food, oily food, and sugar. It was hard but I managed to overcome all my cravings.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

6) My suggestion to all those aiming to lose weight is follow a healthy lifestyle, stick to your diet, and start weight training because it helps in toning the body especially if accompanied by cardio.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

 I decided to transform and begin my fitness journey because I was underweight and when I started doing transformation, I was just 45 kg. I just had this in mind that I have to do it by anyhow. So once I started my fitness journey it became an addiction to me and now working out has become one of the favourite parts of my lifestyle also, my day doesn’t end without it. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by staying consistent and dedicated to my goals by monitoring and tracking my workout progress, nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle, including proper rest and sound sleep, leading to proper recovery.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine I followed was 6 days a week, which included 5 days of weight training and 1 day dedicated to HIIT. Being consistent and progressive overload were the two keys which have helped me to attain my goals.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Supplements that I have been consuming since the time I have started my fitness journey-whey protein, fish oil , Creatine , multivitamin

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Challenges that I faced during my transformation were staying consistent with my diet.  The results were slow because I was a skinny guy and putting on muscle mass took a lot of time. Striking the right balance between college life and fitness life was a challenge in the beginning but with time, things became easier and better due to consistency and hard work .

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

A few suggestions for future transformers, that I would suggest is to be patient, and stay dedicated towards your goals. It is a marathon, not a 100 m sprint.You will not see results on a daily basis. It is a long-term game that asks for your consistency, dedication, and discipline towards it.Results will take time, so enjoy the process. Always have self-belief and strive towards achieving excellence .

1) Why did you decide to transform?

 Many people ask why I started my fitness journey. The main reason for my transformation was the bullying I experienced, as well as the comments from my friends and family about my physique and appearance. This motivated me to change—not to prove them wrong, but for myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by following a strict routine, which included a detailed timetable for my meals, workouts, and sleep. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

 I experimented with different training routines, such as single muscle splits, PPL, and bro splits, but I found that PPL worked best for me.

4) Which supplements did you take?

 I used supplements like whey protein, creatine, and fish oil. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest challenges during my transformation was managing my diet and workouts while living alone in 11th grade, which made it tough to balance everything with my studies.

My advice for others on their transformation journey is to stay consistent and dedicated to their goals.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I started going to the gym because I was too skinny and just wanted to bring a change to my lifestyle and my physical appearance.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I’m still on my journey towards achieving my goals, but I’ve realized that the key to reaching them lies in consistency. It’s not just about working hard once in a while—it’s about showing up every day, putting in the effort, and staying committed.  Consistency is the foundation that makes progress possible.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

⁠I started with a push-pull-legs routine for the first year of my training, then decided to switch things up with a bro split, which I’ve been sticking with ever since.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used to rely on supplements like creatine and protein for some time, but now I’ve transitioned to working out without any supplements.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered throughout my fitness journey, and one that I continue to struggle with, is maintaining a consistent diet. My diet remains an ongoing challenge as I strive for better results.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My biggest advice would be to stay consistent and show up to the gym, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Also, find yourself a gym buddy—they’ll always be there to motivate and push you further.

From Struggle to Strength: Sahej’s Journey of Finding New Purpose Through Fitness

1) Why did you decide to transform?

It was a challenge I gave to myself because I was going through a really tough phase where conducting daily activities was a struggle. However, I decided to come out of that zone completely and started my journey to transform myself completely.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

Having a good body was always a goal but I never had enough knowledge about how things work, So I gained lots of knowledge and simultaneously implicated in my routine to push my limits and achieve my end goal.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Initially I started with the basic split where I was training a single body part in a day. Afterwards, I transitioned to Push-Pull-Legs following up with 10-15 mins of cardio.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used Pre-workout along with protein and creatine to enhance my performance and overall body recovery.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Sticking to the routine was a bit challenging for me as it was my first time going to the gym and pushing myself for the goal. Also as being a foodie, sticking to a clean and proper diet was the most difficult part.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

The only suggestion I would give based on my personal experience is that please be consistent and do not rush for quick results. It will take time but everything’s going to be worth it at the end.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I always felt uncomfortable in my own skin and had low self esteem. Sometimes, outsiders also made comments on my appearance that were super insecure. So, I decided that I have to make some changes and started working on my body and joined the gym. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

It took me around 2 years to reach here and all in all I would say, I stayed consistent and showed up everyday to work on my physical fitness. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine for gaining weight was weightlifting with progressive overload and mainly having a rich diet, eating in a calorie surplus manner. It also included the addition of protein and carbs in my diet. 

4) Which supplements did you take?

I took whey protein, multivitamins, fish oil capsules and L-carnitine. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I struggled with maintaining consistency in my routine, especially with eating enough to gain weight.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

If you want it bad enough you definitely have to work for it. Moreover, don’t be disappointed if  you don’t see progress just in a few months. It’s a very slow process but down a year or two, you would be proud of your journey.
