1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was so skinny that even my clothes didn’t fit me well, and because of this, I used to be bullied too. This motivated me to transform and become the strongest and fittest version of myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by training hard and eating a proper diet.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine I follow is push pull legs. This routine has been helping me achieve my goals in the best way possible.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I use Whey protein, creatine, and fish oil.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Being a skinny person my whole life, it was hard for me to gain weight. So in the beginning of my fitness journey, I often got gut issues while on a diet. But eventually, my body got habitual to my diet and it turned out to be showing great results.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion would be to just stay consistent and disciplined in your routine. It may not be easy in the beginning but with consistency, good results will definitely come.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I always desired personal growth, seeking new challenges that could involve changes in lifestyle, career path, mindset, or habits and all over development. This is the reason why I decided to transform.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I set my deadlines and started working out regularly. My fitness goals were short-term, specific, and performance-focused. I worked out every day and tried to maintain my routine as best as I could during my fitness journey.

3)Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I workout 6 days a week. I combined mobility work, high-intensity weight training, and cardio with a protein-rich healthy diet. I also had to cut down on all types of junk and processed food.

4 Which supplements did you take?

I consumed whey protein, omega 3, and vitamin D during my transformation.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

During my transformation, the challenging part was balancing my routine with my work. But I maintained and balanced everything as much as I could by proper planning.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion is just to exercise regularly and stay consistent with workouts. Set achievable goals, complete your protein intake as per requirement, have a healthy diet, and most importantly get enough sleep.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was under-confident, body dysmorphic and in a bad state. I’m a sports physiotherapist and staying physically fit is my first priority in order to keep others fit. This motivated me to work on my body to look fit.

I accomplished my goals by making milestones and achieving them within a short period of  time.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I used different training patterns from time to time to attain my goals.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take whey protein, creatine, vitamin D, multivitamins, ashwagandha, and omega.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I was lean and the challenge was gaining muscle mass. Since my metabolism was too fast, it was challenging for me.

My suggestion would be to stay consistent. The changes take time, so don’t give up until you achieve your goals.

My passion for cricket and the need to improve my performance motivated me to focus on fitness and transformation.

I accomplished my goals through consistent effort, a structured workout plan, and proper nutrition.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

High-intensity CrossFit sessions including Olympic lifts like clean and jerk, snatch, and squats for strength and explosiveness, helped me achieve my goals and improved my overall sports performance.

4) Which supplements did you take?

The supplements that I consume are Fish Oil and Whey Protein( Muscleblaze and Fuel One).

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Being a vegetarian, the major challenge was to be able to maintain sufficient protein intake.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

I would suggest the future transformers to be consistent as perseverance is the key to achieving any goal.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform my lifestyle because I had a future planned and my lifestyle had to change for those plans to happen. My goal was to feel healthier and more confident in my own skin. Moreover, I wanted to be acknowledged about how to transform healthily and safely.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

My primary objective was to gain weight, as I felt I was too skinny. Adhering to a structured routine and diet initially was challenging, but over time, it became easier. The key to my success was maintaining consistency throughout my fitness journey.Moreover, I studied and graduated in Physical Education and sports , So I was fully acknowledged about how to sustainably achieve my goals.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I have experimented with various workout splits, but currently I am not following any specific routine. I just focused on consistency and being mentally prepared for the changes I needed to make to accomplish my goals.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I choose not to take any supplements.The body requires essential nutrients ,which can be met with a natural diet I believe.That’s why I follow a natural diet with no supplements. Moreover, I used the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) concept to educate myself about proper nutrition.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Although the entire journey was a little challenging, but the most challenging part was maintaining discipline, specifically my diet.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

I advise others to stay consistent and prepare themselves mentally for the transformation. Having an education background in physical education and sports myself, I believe having good knowledge and understanding of how your body functions, can help you to make sustainable changes.

From Bullied to Built: Priyanshu’s Fitness Transformation

1) Why did you decide to transform?

The reason why I started my fitness journey was all the bullying i experienced ,not only from my friends but my family members too. This motivated me to decide to bring a change—not to prove them wrong but for myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

 I accomplished my goals by following a strict routine for my meals, workouts, and sleep. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I’ve experimented with different training routines, but what worked best for me was the PPL split.

4) Which supplements did you take?

 The only supplements I use are whey protein, creatine, and fish oil. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

As I live alone in PG, managing everything-my diet, workouts, and studies was a bit of a challenge during my transformation.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My advice for others on their transformation journey is to stay consistent and dedicated towards their fitness goals.
