Once skinny and weighed down by bullying, Manvendra chose to rewrite his story.With hard work and dedication, he transformed his body and mindset.
1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was skinny as a teenager, so I felt very insecure about the way clothes fit me.
I was bullied for how I looked. This motivated me to work on myself and change the way I looked.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by making a proper plan with the goal of clean bulking. I worked hard in the gym and followed my diet strictly, doing everything on my own without anyone’s help.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
The training I follow to achieve my goals is bro split.
4) Which supplements did you take?
For supplements, I took whey protein, creatine, fish oil, and multivitamins.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
In the beginning, bulking was very hard for me, but I stayed consistent no matter what.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Firstly, be consistent. Please don’t take frequent breaks, as that will hinder your progress.
Secondly, don’t be afraid to bulk as it’s a key part of building muscle when paired with proper training and nutrition.
