Why did you decide to transform?
At that time I was preparing for some exams, I became so frustrated with just sitting at home and studying. So just to pass my time I joined a gym.
How did you accomplish your goals?
Firstly, I kept a very realistic goal. That could be achieved by me easily. I was able to achieve my goals by being consistent and patient. I was consistent with my diet and workouts. I was patient during my weight loss even losing 100 grams was an achievement for me. My results were slow but I did not become impatient and continued with the journey.
Training routines that helped you achieve your goals?
The biggest mistake that I made in the initial days was not focusing on weight training and doing hours of cardio, which of course resulted in weight loss but not in a proper form. So, then I changed my training schedule and added weight training and now I weight train for 5 days a week with 20 mins cardio.
Which supplements did you take?
I took protein shakes, multivitamins, omega.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
My weight used to become stagnant for months at stretch. There was a time when I was working out regularly and eating right and still my weight remained constant for 5 months.
Suggestions for future transformers.
I would suggest future transformers, be patient and consistent in the journey. Don’t lose hope. Set a realistic goal. Eat right not less.

I am 27 years old and I used to weigh 99kgs with a body fat of 48% and now I am 60.5kgs with body fat 27.7%.
