Driven by a competitive mindset, Armaan realized his fitness wasn’t keeping up with his ambition. With discipline and consistency, he worked on his diet and training, and now he’s stronger, fitter, and performing at his best.
1) Why did you decide to transform?
Since childhood, I’ve always had a competitive mindset and a drive to win.
During a playful competition with my brother, I realized my fitness didn’t match that mindset.
So I decided to fix everything about lifestyle – from my diet to workout.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I stayed consistent and dedicated completely to my planned routine that helped me accomplish my goals.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I trained two muscle groups per session along with walking 12-15K steps everyday.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I relied on creatine and protein.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
I faced challenges like mood swings and anger issues that came with being on a calorie deficit. Moreover, my energy got very low in the beginning, but I overcame all of that.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Consistency is key. So just stay consistent. With the right mindset, everything is possible.
