I was very skinny, so I decided to transform my personality into a healthier, fitter person.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I worked on my goals consistently and put in all my hard work in the gym while following a strict diet.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals:

I followed the push-pull-legs split.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Creatine and Whey Protein.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Being able to afford gym fees and supplements was sometimes a bit of a challenge for me, but I managed it somehow.
