11:00 AM  Fruits (1 bowl)


1:00 – 2:00 PM  Assorted Vegetable Soup with garlic. Can add Apple Cider Vinegar if you want. Have steamed veggies on the side tossed in olive oil.


4:00 PM  Fruit and Veg Salad (1 bowl)


5:30 – 6:30 PM  Steamed sprouts with veggies (1 bowl) and Green tea (1 cup)


7:30 – 8:30 PM  Mix Veg Soup with ACV and 2 tsp white oats. Have some green salad on the side.

If all else fails, a juice detox diet would always work. Since you’re doing it for 3 days surviving merely on liquids is not all that necessary. Eat your regular meals, work out and drink vegetable juices at least twice a day, which would also double up as fat-loss juices. Drink lots of water and load up on green tea and herbal tea for a punch of antioxidants. Wheat grass is a miracle food and it’s juice is a powerful agent in eliminating all unwanted substances from the body! Also, avoid taking too much high-carb foods, alcohol and caffeine!
