Day 1

  2. Tender coconut water before lunch
  3. Rajgira roti with Lauki for lunch 
  4. 1 cup of green tea in the evening 
  5. Fruits before dinner 
  6. Spinach and boiled potato for dinner

Day 2

  1. Breakfast should include amaranth dosa and mint coriander chutney
  2. Chamomile Tea before lunch
  3. Chaat of sweet potato and walnuts for lunch
  4. Baked banana chips and coconut water in the evening
  5. Pumpkin soup and makhana for dinner

Day 3

  1. Breakfast should include Kuttu dosa and vegetable pumpkin and lauki
  2. Roasted makhana and fruits before lunch
  3. Singhara atta roti and boiled potato cubes for lunch
  4. Fruit milk for dinner

Day 4

  1. Breakfast should include Kuttu paneer cheela and curd
  2. Lemonade with fruit before lunch
  3. Baked sago tikki, cucumber salad, and yogurt for lunch
  4. Peach tea with baked or roasted makhana with a pinch of sendha namak in the evening
  5. Pumpkin and thick lauki soup for dinner

Day 5

  1. Breakfast should include raw banana and yogurt 
  2. Coconut water before lunch
  3. Rice idli and potato for lunch
  4. Dahi and makhana chaat in the evening
  5. Cutlets ( Baked sweet potato ) and curd for dinner

Day 6

  1. Breakfast should include khichdi and almonds (soaked)
  2. Coconut water and fruits before lunch
  3. Arbi sabji curry or dry,  kuttu roti and yogurt for lunch 
  4. Roasted peanuts and green tea in the evening
  5. Amaranth cheela stuffed with paneer for dinner

Day 7

  1. Breakfast should include makhana khichdi
  2. Jeera chaas with mint before lunch
  3. Curd and samak polenta for lunch 
  4. Roasted makhana in the evening
  5. Paneer tikka (Use ghee not oil) for dinner

Day 8

  1. Breakfast should include lauki kheer (almond milk and  jaggery)
  2. Rice pulao for lunch
  3. Multi-fruit salad in the evening 
  4. Rajgira roti and raita with cucumber for dinner

Day 9

  1. Breakfast should include dosa (kuttu and paneer), curd, and soaked almonds
  2. Fruit chaat before lunch
  3. Roasted makhana and dahi-aloo chaat for lunch
  4. Peanuts rice for dinner

Following this diet plan diligently will give you the desired results. Do not forget to incorporate fruits, milk, or soaked nuts in the morning.
