1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was always bullied for being too skinny. People’s harsh words pushed me to work on myself and transform my body.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by consistently training hard in the gym under the guidance of a training expert, who supervised my diet plans and training routine.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I used to follow the push-pull-legs split in the beginning. Now, I follow the upper body-lower body split.

4) Which supplements did you take?

 I have been using whey protein isolate, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, and pre-workout.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Balancing academics, training, diet, proper sleep, and content creation has been challenging for me. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Just stay consistent with your diet and training and focus on making it your priority.
