1) Why did you decide to transform?

 I decided to transform to make my past and future self proud. I kept my hustle on to reach where I am today. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by doing heavy and intense strength training along with proper nutrition.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

 I followed push pull legs split along with 20 mins of cardio everyday.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I relied on protein, creatine, bcaa, glutamine, L carnitine and pre workout supplements.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge I faced during my transformation was controlling my cravings.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

To all the individuals struggling hard on their fitness levels, you can do it, believe in yourself, just stay consistent and never give up.
