1) Why did you decide to transform?
I never felt confident in my body, and people used to call me a skeleton. That’s why I decided to transform.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by being consistent and not giving up. I followed a proper diet and trained hard every day.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 6 days a week and follow Push/Pull/Legs Split.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take protein and creatine.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Even after following a strict diet and training regularly, I didn’t see any results for the first few months, which demotivated me. But I didn’t give up and stayed consistent.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
DON’T GIVE UP! Stay consistent and you’ll surely achieve whatever your goal is.
