1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was very overweight and wanted to look leaner.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by training consistently and just eating clean. I avoided eating junk food.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train each muscle twice a week, and my training routine involves a combination of strength training and half an hour of cardio every day.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
My main challenge was to learn how to track calories.

My suggestion would be to focus on consistency and follow a good diet, but also involve cheat days in between, because a fit and healthy lifestyle isn’t about restriction, it’s about balance.
