Excess weight didn’t define him. Instead of accepting defeat, Ateet decided to rebuild himself. Today, he stands stronger than ever-living proof that discipline can reshape not just your body, but your entire life.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I had gained so much weight that I lost control of my health and even had trouble walking. My lifestyle was so bad that I even got diagnosed with diseases like fatty liver grade 2. That’s when it hit me, how much I needed to work on myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I joined the gym and trained under the guidance of a trainer and followed a clean diet.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I followed different training routines and kept changing them every 2 weeks. Moreover, I did a combination of strength training and different kinds of cardio.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Initially, I only took whey protein and multivitamins. However, 7-8 months into my workout, I started consuming creatine as well.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest challenges was to control my cravings. Another challenge was that after 8-9 months of training, I had hit a plateau. But I switched up my routine, added more cardio, and maneuvered my way through it.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

If you’re on a fat-loss journey, Cardio alone will never be enough. I would suggest to pair it with strength training and do different kinds of cardio activities, apart from just treadmill. Moreover, don’t fall for crash diets and follow a sustainable routine.
