From Skinny to Strong: Naman’s Transformation

Once bullied for being too skinny, Naman turned things around with discipline and consistency. Now, he’s stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

 I decided to transform because I was not satisfied with how I looked and felt. I was very skinny, for which I was bullied in school. All this motivated me to workout to become stronger and more confident.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

By staying consistent and working hard, I maintained a structured workout routine, a high-protein balanced diet, and stayed consistent every single day, and avoided taking shortcuts.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I follow the bro split, which involves training 2 muscles a day. I also include cardio when needed to help with fat loss. My main focus is on maintaining progressive overload.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Whey protein, pre-workout and multivitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge was a lack of proper knowledge. Moreover, staying consistent, especially during busy days, was also a challenge.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My best advice is to stay patient and consistent. Don’t chase quick results, rather focus on building sustainable habits, eating properly and training hard.
