1) Why did you decide to transform?
During my school time, due to exam stress, I started overeating and so gained a lot of weight. But as soon as I was done with school, I decided to work on myself to become a fitter version.
2) How did you accomplish your goal?
I worked out consistently and followed a structured routine. I prioritised good sleep and, most importantly, I started having a clean diet rich in protein.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
Along with strength training, I followed a routine that included doing Tabata, yoga, and cardio.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take whey protein.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge for me was controlling cravings, especially during social gatherings. But I learnt that not breaking the flow and maintaining a rhythm is essential.
6) Suggestions for future transformers?
My suggestion would be to stay fully disciplined and trust the process.
It’s not an easy or quick process, but with dedication and consistency, nothing is unachievable.
Also, I’d recommend taking diet cheat days once in a while, as I believe it helps more than being too strict, and keeps you more on track.
