1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform myself because I was too fat and hated the way I looked. I was very conscious of how clothes used to fit me, and so I decided to change.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goal by being consistent in my training with discipline.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine was simple: I followed a push-pull-legs workout split with 30 minutes of cardio daily, and my main focus was to build strength.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I only used whey protein for my transformation.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

For me the major challenge was to refrain from eating junk food. Moreover, it was also a challenge to balance my studies and focus on my transformation.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion for future transformers is just to start enjoying the process and be consistent.
