1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I always felt under-confident about how I looked and that’s when I made up my mind to get fit.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by staying consistent with training and diet. I stopped relying on motivation.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 4 days a week, focusing on two muscle groups each session, along with cardio and other sports activities like volleyball.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take creatine for muscle recovery.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge for me was to balance my college work and training. But I stayed dedicated and didn’t give up.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be to stay dedicated to your goals and never compare yourself to others.
