1) Why did you decide to transform?
Ever since I was a teen, I wanted to go to the gym regularly, but I was never consistent. As a result of this, I got into bad shape. So, when I entered college, I promised myself to transform into a fit and healthy person.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
Since I had to lose weight, I balanced my diet to create a calorie deficit. With this, I stayed consistent throughout my journey.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I followed the push-pull-legs split. It helped me achieve my desired physique.
4) Which supplements did you take?
Multivitamins, fish oil, creatine, and whey protein helped me in my fitness journey a lot.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Lack of consistency and a weak mindset were the biggest hurdles for me that I learned to overcome with time.
