It is important to understand that though a Detox Diet Plan has good merits, it comes with certain limitations or possible demerits too. The reason for this is the limited intake or complete cut-down of certain nutrients like carbs, proteins etc. from the diet for that detox period. So, some of the people following a detox diet plan may experience things like tiredness, slight body pain, lack of intense strength etc. Therefore, one should go for either light or no workout at all during this period and also consult an expert dietitian before starting the detox diet or even while following a detox plan in case of any doubts & issues encountered.
