The supplements which I take: Fish oil, creatine, magnesium glycinate, multivitamins, and Ashwagandha.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest challenges that I face and I think many of the beginners experience – is to control their food cravings. So, yes-for me, it was the same but touchwood I pushed through and overcame that challenge.

Just keep it slow and don’t drop your calories too often.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was always bullied for the way I looked, which had a great impact on my self-esteem and confidence. So, after a point in my life, I decided that I was no longer going to be defined by other people and take control of my life. This is when I came up with the idea to enter the gym and get myself started.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by being disciplined even on the hardest days of my life. I monitored my progress and kept track of everything, including my protein intake and weight changes.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The split I followed was Push Pull Legs.

4) Which supplements did you take?

 I supplemented creatine to gain strength and fullness in my muscles, protein powder to achieve my daily protein requirements, pre-workout to give me energy and concentration in my training session, and micronutrients essential to any deficiency in my diet.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The greatest difficulty was the struggle of the mind. There were days when I felt unproductive. I also experienced instances when the insecurities I had earlier reoccurred. It was also difficult to maintain discipline in my diet during social occasions. But I reminded myself why I got into it and pushed through those situations.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Begin now, don’t wait for the right time. Always be regular rather than be excellent.
Monitor your changes not only with the help of the scale but also with photos and measurements. Discover something that you can commit to and like. Keep friends with individuals who will help you achieve what you want. And most importantly, keep in mind that this is not a competition to be like other people, but to become the best that you can be.

The main challenge was the diet; I had to eat in surplus, which was really hard for me.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform to uplift my self-worth in my own eyes. I have always excelled academically, but I have never focused on holistic health. By learning more about physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, I ensured that I work on myself to lead by example and make a positive impact on my fraternity, in particular, and on today’s youth in general. 

As our body speaks even before we open our mouth, a disciplined person is always valued more.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by starting to follow fasting diets and incorporating physical activities in my routine, like strength training, calisthenics, yoga, HIIT, boxing, dancing, etc.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I train twice a day. In the morning, I go for a run followed by a home workout and after work, I do strength training in the gym.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take plant protein, creatine and L-Carnitine.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

To be able to control my nighttime cravings is a big challenge for me.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Have a disciplined and focused life. Manifest and work for it, and you will reach your goal for sure.

I decided to transform because people didn’t take me seriously based on my appearance, and that affected my confidence. That’s why I chose to make this change.

I started working out at home first, and then as I got more serious, I joined the gym and followed a strict diet. Instead of blindly following trends, I started to study how everything works, including fitness, nutrition, and general knowledge about how my body works.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I train 5 times a week and complete 10K steps daily.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Protein, creatine, omega-3, and pre-workout.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

In the beginning, my stamina was very low, and I used to fall sick a lot because of poor immunity. Moreover, controlling my cravings was also hard initially. But with consistency and time, I overcame these challenges.

It won’t happen in one day, but it will happen one day. So stay consistent, be patient, and just trust the process.

I followed a strict diet, cutting out fatty and sugary foods. Moreover, I trained consistently in the gym and completed 15,000 steps daily.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I train six times a week, targeting two muscle groups each session, along with cardio.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Protein and creatine.

 5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I found it challenging to control my cravings and complete my protein intake. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

I would suggest targeting two things if one is on a fat loss journey- completing protein and fibre intake, and training consistently, along with completing a minimum of 10,000 steps.
