1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I was obese, and I just wanted to feel healthier and more confident about my body.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

It was all about consistent effort and staying committed every day.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I followed a bro split training routine, along with a strict diet and regular cardio. Staying consistent with all three really made the difference.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I kept it pretty simple with supplements — HK Advanced Calcium, Liver Detox, and Multivitamins for overall health. For training support, I used MB CreaPro, MB Whey Protein, MB EAA, and MB Ashwagandha.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

When I started my transformation, many people said I wouldn’t be able to do it and it wasn’t possible for someone like me. Along with that, being overweight made it hard for me to move properly, and I dealt with a lot of injuries, too. But I fought through all of it and completely changed myself.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion would be that consistency is key. Stay committed to your goal everyday no matter how demotivated you feel and trust the process.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I had several health issues, including PCOD and fatty liver.  In order to improve my health, I knew I had to transform myself.

2)How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by following a Calorie-deficit diet and a structured workout plan. I made a proper plan for the transformation and stuck to it. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals? 

My training routine is a combination of fast cardio and weight training.

4) Which supplements did you take?

The only supplements I take are multivitamins and whey protein.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

During my journey, I often felt like giving in to the cravings, but I had to keep a strong mindset. Moreover, another challenge was that it took a long time to see a major weight loss, so I had to be very patient.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Slow weight loss lasts longer. Crash diets and quick fixes bounce back just as quickly. So my suggestion would be to avoid shortcut methods and follow a well-structured plan and be patient.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I wanted to get stronger and become a better version of myself. There was no pride in being weak-I knew I was capable of more, and I was determined to prove it to myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

Being consistent. I wasn’t always 100% motivated, but I made sure to stay consistent. Training with my bros also kept things fun and motivating.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals? 

I’ve stuck with the classic Push-Pull-Legs routine from the start. But since last year, I’ve switched to a Bro Split for a change.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I started taking supplements like Omega-3 and Calcium, then added Whey Protein. More recently, I included Pre-Workout and Creatine.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge was sticking to my diet and consistently hitting my protein goals. Balancing college and training was also challenging at times, but I adapted—whether it meant changing my workout split or training hours, I made it work.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Once you start seeing those newbie gains, it’s all uphill from there. There’s always motivation to chase new PRs and watch your body change, whether it’s gaining size or leaning down.

Vaishnavi’s transformation is a powerful mix of discipline and strength, where yoga complements her strength training, building not just muscle but a resilient mind.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to go on this journey because of my career, my relationship, and my life falling apart. I realised that there are things that are in my control and there are some that aren’t, and fortunately, fitness was one thing that was in my control. So, I decided to go on this journey and follow this path.


2) How did you accomplish your goals? 

Consistency. Even when I wasn’t motivated, I decided to stay consistent and that made all the difference. It is so important to keep our own promises and not to take them for granted. I did that. I promised myself that I would change, and stayed consistent.

 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I started with basic 12-20-30 mins workouts. Then I fell in love with power yoga and it was when my yoga journey began. Yoga helped me get up, work on myself everyday and later as I grew comfortable with my workouts, I leaned towards gaining strength and therefore started with my strength training. Now, I do a mix of both, yoga and strength training to keep a balance. Also, currently I am training for a half marathon.

 

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take Magnesium + Zinc supplements for PCOS related issues, in addition to protein. I also take multivitamins that have biotin for my hair issues.

 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge for me was staying consistent in the initial stages of this journey. But with time, it improved, so much so that now I live a very active lifestyle.

 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

If you’re struggling to work on yourself, then one thing to do every morning when you wake up is get out of bed and do 10 mins of stretching. Once your body is active, I promise you’ll increase those 10 mins to 20, and move to a whole set of workout routines. Do this for yourself and not for anyone else. At the end I just want to close my statement-it is your body and you make choices for it!

I decided to transform because I started getting anxious with the way I looked. I have been very much into sports ever since I was a kid, hence, I was naturally drawn to the world of fitness. 

Also, my friends & family encouraged & supported me so much that it led me to go for weightlifting, which helped me regain my mental peace and undergo physical changes.

No transformation happens overnight, neither was mine. It was a gradual, month-by-month process. At first, the mental clarity I gained from working out kept me going. As I saw visible changes in my body, my motivation grew stronger. Going to the gym became my lifestyle.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I didn’t stick to any specific day of the week for my workouts, instead, I followed a flexible semi push-pull routine. My week usually starts with chest day, followed by back, shoulders, triceps, and biceps, adjusting based on my schedule and energy levels.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I incorporated whey protein, multivitamins, and collagen to support my training sessions. These supplements helped complete my everyday nutrition and support recovery.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge I faced during my transformation journey was to stay consistent, especially when there was a lot of work pressure & routine got hectic. There were days I felt exhausted, but I reminded myself why I started this journey.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Start with exercises that work right for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. It’s important to get the muscle-mind connection right early on, which will help in maintaining consistency. Begin with lighter weights and focus on perfecting your form. No matter where you start, remember that transformation is as much mental as it is physical. Keep pushing forward!
