Figuring out what to gulp down before and after workout sessions can sometimes be a real struggle. Our body is like a vehicle and to keep the engine running, we need to fuel it with the right type  and amounts of foods and drinks at the right times. 

Adequate fluid and foods should be consumed to maintain the blood glucose concentration in the body during your workout sessions. A good pre workout or post workout meal (drink) can help to  maximize your exercise performance and  improve the recovery time. Drinking enough water/ fluid and remaining hydrated  both before and after workout can help athletes to balance their fluid losses.

  1. I train empty stomach in the morning because i want to cut fat. After a heavy training i have isolate protein 4 eggs and a small amount of white rice is it okey ??? Can i losse fat and gain muscle ???

    • Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is difficult. You have to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscles and on a calorie deficit to lose fat. Track your daily calorie intake along with calculated macro-nutrient intake for best results
