Its better for lean Gain.

1 ratio 2.5 (protein/Carb ratio) is very good for better gaining. Its cool product & value of money is also good. its very cheap. if u want to buy a gainer, you should know the protein Carb ratio 1:2 or 1:2.5 is better for our health. high carb ratio like 1:5 or 6 is harmfull for our internal organs. All over GNC xxx mass gainer have 1:2.5 its very good.
