PRODUCTION

When milk is treated to cause a shift in its pH value, the casein coagulates and separates. The raw whey is left uncurded on top of the casein.     I stayed away from all of MP's protein products hearing about the lawsuit they had been charged with due to their protein spiking. Now that MP has refreshed its product line, I thought I'd give this a shot, and I'm glad I did, the vanilla tastes amazing and beats any other flavor of any top brand that I've previously used. Mixes easily and you can make a good shake out of it by adding oats and banana too. Hopefully the results end of it should be great, I'm gonna wait and see.
