Whey Protein
Whey is derived from milk and is the protein's best vegetarian source, easy to digest, highest protein efficiency after eggs (PDCAAS = 1), highest biological value, and provides all essential & non-essential amino acids. A normal serving of milk contains less than 20% of whey which is not sufficient for daily needs. Our whey protein is pure and sourced from the USA. Vitamin D
Vitamin D is required for the absorption of Calcium in our body. Calcium plays a major role in strengthening and building bones. Our body is very much capable of synthesizing Vitamin D3 in the presence of sunlight, however, due to our lifestyle, we don’t get in contact with sunlight much, and Vitamin D coming from food sources (especially vegetarian) is very rare. This unavailability makes the supplementation of Vitamin D very important.
