good but nt the best !

Its a nice pre fr rookies but not a good option fr an pro gymmer or athlete. The caffine is low so that hit factor will be missing bt nt fr a rookie

After first serving I'm writing this review as point of my experience. I had pre workout balanced meal of carb and half an hour later i had protein shake. After one hour i had this MB Ripped pre workout and it unleashes your true amount of energy just enjoy your workout, have a great time.
