please don't treat this product as a weight loss item, the product carries 97percent of bioavailbility. I used this product and it helped me gained size a lot reducing fat. Make sure you are on a steicte diet and heavy workout after you consume it. Sweat as much you can in gym while using this product. Use liv52ds twice a day because it has burner mixed as well. Your liver would be functioning safe.

Excellent gains while cutting

2 scoops provide nearly 60g of protein and the green tea blend works essentially like a fat cutter keeping your BMR raised throughout the day. stacked with a decent preworkout this product can work wonders to help you cut. The only downside for me was that the product caused me to sweat intensely throughout the day, but maybe it was just the product doing a good job. Thumbs up from me!
