Healthy but not tasty

I don't know if I am the only one who feels this way. One of my friends suggested adding it to my diet so I did. The taste is horrible. You just have to swallow it as quickly as possible. But the results are good. I felt a lot of good changes in my digestion and my skin feels good as well.
