1. What is the recommended usage of SUPERMILK?
Add 2 level scoops of SUPERMILK to 1 glass of milk. Tastes best with cold milk. For best results, serve after sports or once a day.

 2.  Can SUPERMILK be taken with water or any other beverage?
Yes, SUPERMILK can be taken with water but milk is recommended as it would taste more yummy.
