An excellent immunity booster made with Ashwagandha roots

I read that ashwagandha is a herb that boosts immunity and relieves stress so was looking for a good product. I found this product with 90 tablets from Vitaminhaat. Since Vitaminhaat is a trusted brand I bought it. It has extracts from pure ashwagandha roots. It cones in a amber coloured glass bottle to retain freshness. As recommended by the physician, we are taking 1 tablet twice a day, so this pack will last for a month. After using for few days you will feel less stress and anxiety and have more stamina. We have not noticed any side effects with this tablet. However like using any supplement, you should consult a doctor. I would definitely recommend this product in current times where boosting our immunity is of prime importance.
