MB WHEY ENERGY

The product is ok but it's not better than MB Whey Protein. But the key is that most of the important vitamins and minerals are there so u need not to take multivitamins tablet . So guys u can try and see what results it give it to you. But remember to take other sources of protein and carb from food to get best result.
