How much and when?
Casein, like whey, is easy to use and can be consumed any time of the day. However, due to casein's slow digestion and amino acid release, it's generally taken when you might be without food for a long period of time.

An honest review. I was earlier using ON casein for pretty long time and then thought of shifting to Myprotein only because of its cheaper price. But OMG ! This works like wonder. Believe me guys, I can see drastic changes in my physique. Awesome product and even thinking to change my post workout whey from Cellucor to myprotein isolate.
