Value for money

with good work out and food, if supplemented with this product... guaranteed results. Does not cause any bloating, easy on stomach. Expecting more flavours soon. Advantage is that it is pocket friendly. 3 scoops is recommended on the box but i use 1 with water post workout along with a banana and some nuts, have gained over 3 kilos in last month. needs more promotion to shift people from good for nothing foreign brands.
