Cashews, dates, and a caramel base give you the flavour. A 42% whey protein blend - concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate, and micellar casein - gives you 20g of protein per 60g bar, absorbed fast and slow so your muscles are covered for hours. Ashwagandha manages the cortisol that builds up on hard training days or long work ones. Rosemary extract keeps it real.
