Not Good - main reason being Chromium Picolinate

This particular brand will induce sleep badly, main reason being Chromium Picolinate, which take down the blood pressure levels, also this has high carbohydrate content which make it not good for people who don't aggressively workout, if one is working out for more than 3 hours in GYM, then this is suggested.

What Can I say ? I have no words.... Really this product is very good as compare to other foreign products. It's combination of whey and soy protein. And don't be panic because of soy protein why I'm saying because differences between soy & whey protein there is no huge difference. Both are good and a little bit difference. And chocolate taste is so good. Worth it as compare to other costly products. And don't be hesitate to buy an Indian product. Try for once and then see the results. Trust me...
